Indicatively we list below key projects undertaken:
A. Public Sector
Consumer Products Prices Observatory - the project requested by the Ministry of Development created an environment for:
- the daily real time collection of Consumer Products Prices on site (e.g. shops, super markets, open markets) by mobile users
- the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the collected data and reporting to the Ministry staff
B. ISP Services Sector
Cultis - an IPTV / VOD Platform requested by a major Internet Service Provider in Greece. The developed and set in operation System offered:
- Internet TV channels / Internet Radio channels
- Video / Audio on Demand Content
- Information & Weather Services to the client TV using Set Top Box.
The System was developed entirely by Open Source Technologies and consisted of:
- Multimedia Content Management
- Client Management
- Realtime and pre-recordered media streaming services
- Reporting & Accounting for billing Purposes
ISP and Content Services Development and Set in Operation for the Technical Chamber of Greece.
The developed System offered to Greek Engineers, members of the Chamber, basic Internet Services (dialup ISP) and Portal/Database Services suitable to their profession.
C. International Institutions
European Parliament Dissemination Service - the project developed a specialized Legal Documentation Portal.
European Commission (EUROSTAT) - the project developed a specialized set of System Components that enabled the integration of data originating from EU Member States within the Service Central System.
D. e-Commerce Services
Fotocom - An E-Shop in the Digital Photography Equipment Sector. The project created an innovative, "real life" view of the a Shop offering equipment browsing and online shopping.
Pandektis - A Tax Laws On-line Services Portal. The project addressed the need of corporate accounting department for up-to-date and in depth support in Tax Legal matters.
Hermes - A Computer Parts Distributor Online Service. The developed System offered:
- B2C Services (order formation, build to order, rma tracing)
- B2B Services (order management)
E. Technology Consulting
EU Subsidy Programs Participation Consulting. The team has a profound knowledge of the Technology EU Subsidy Programs being either directly applied in the Greek Territory or applied at European wide basis. The experience was gained from over 25 participation in various of these Programs (e.g. R&D Framework 1-7).
EU Commission Support. The team IT&T knowhow, as well as EU Program Policies, Initiatives & Strategies familiarity led to the undertaking of Consulting Services towards the EU Commission itself in the field of Technology Program/Initiative development or Program execution/monitoring.
