The projects include implementation of a complete SAP based Data Center Solution offered by either an IaaS or On-Site Highly Available IT Infrastructure (including Disaster Recovery site). Some parts of the integrated solution are offered by a Cloud based SaaS Infrastructure.The projects incorporate system design, development, on site works/installations, setup, operation & support.

EMESON Ltd has undertaken the Contractual Project Management, as well as Technical Project Management in some Infrastructure related parts, of both projects on behalf of NETCOMPANY-INTRASOFT S.A

Project "IPTO" - Project Management role

The project scope is the design, provision, installation and support of the IT&T Infrastructure for the  Southeast Electricity Network Coordination Center (SEleNe CC). SEleNe CC is a joined entity created by the Transmission System Operators of Greece, Italy, Romania and Bulgaria, which under the European regulatory framework manages Electric Power needs in the region.

Project "Rural" - Project Management role

The project scope is the creation of a Telecom Operator offering Broadband Telecommunication Services to Greek Rural Communities using state of the art VDSL and LTE technologies by Intrasoft International S.A. EMESON Ltd is involved in the Project and Administrative Management of the Rural Project. (2016 - ).

Intrasoft International S.A is a major Systems Integrator in Europe and Africa.

Project "IPTV" - Technical Consulting role

The project scope was the definition and implementation of the best practices in the deployment of IPTV and Video On Demand Services by Netia S.A in Poland. EMESON Ltd was involved in the evaluation of used practices and developing optimized directives. (2012 - 2013).

Netia S.A is the largest private telecom operator in Poland.

Project "BSS" - Technical Consulting role

The project scope was the evaluation of the currently operating corporate Business Support Systems and the development of new best practices.
